You’ve completed the region and don’t know what to do next… It’s a common phenomenon amongst PokeMMO players. The game feels like ended and there is nothing else to do. Well, that’s completely wrong. There are lots of things to do in PokeMMO, especially in the endgame. New players don’t know that because the game does not guide newbies.
The game has no end-goal or whatsoever. After you complete your starting region, you might feel like there’s nothing else to do. But that’s wrong, Pokemmo have lot’s of mid-end game content you’re not aware of yet.
Pokemmo 8 end game activities:
1. Complete Other Regions
If you want to make money, get the best Pokemons, do competitive PVP, catch a shiny, or do whatever, you need to unlock all the regions. Because each region offers something unique you need to have access to. That’s the end game goal of Pokemmo.

There are 5 regions in Pokemmo which are Kanto, Hoenn, Unova, Sinnoh, and Johto. After completing your starting region, you will have access to other regions. But keep in mind, once you enter a new region, all your badges start from zero. Meaning, your Pokemons will not obey you. You’ll put your Pokemons to your bank and start from zero until you complete all badges. Then, you can use your old Pokemons, travel between regions, and do GYM re-runs for making money.
Unlocked regions offer bunch of opportunities. For example, berry farming, rare Pokemon hunting, ditto stuff, all exclusive to their respective regions. You need to unlock all. Besides, you can catch all the Alpha Pokemon spawns if you’ve access to regions.
2. Join a Team
PokeMMO is not a single-player game. You should play, chat, farm, grind, PvP, and have fun with other players. There are teams for that.
You should join a crowded team and make friends with fellow PokeMMO enjoyers. Most teams also have Discord channels. You can join and have some chat, it’s not mandatory though.
Best thing about being a team-member is the fact that you can ask all the questions you have about PokeMMO. Your team members will help you, guide you, and answer your questions. Which is the correct way of enjoying PokeMMO in my opinion.
3. Start Breeding
To enjoy PokeMMO to its full extend, you need to have a strong Pokemon team. Having 100 level Pokemon is not enough. That Pokemon must have correct IV’s, EV’s, nature, and move-set. Of course you can buy the Meta Pokemons from GTL but why buy it when you can breed it? Besides, the Pokemon you breed will have your OT which is really important to me and many other players who care about sense of development.
Breeding in PokeMMO is a tough job. You need to learn about IV’s, natures, meta, bracelets, egg groups, market prices, etc. Learning about it will take time, but breeding is really satisfying. It’s one of my favorite end-game activity.

4. Engage Ranked PVP
Some players spend thousands of hours in PokeMMO but never do PvP. You can be one of them if you like. But let me say this, PvP can be really fun. Besides, Pokemon is all about battles.
It’s highly rewarding. You’ll have fun and make bunch of Pokeyen. PVPs earn you battle points which can be redeemed for various rewards. Those rewards are mostly utility items worth a good chunk of money. You can check the GTL for their prices once you earn some battle points.
You need a good PvP team though. To learn more about current Meta comps, join a team and get a guidance because meta always changes.
5. Complete Your Pokedex
Well, what can I say? Gotta Catch ‘Em All. That’s the motto of Pokemon. Once you completed your region in Pokemmo, you can start catching all the Pokemons you’ve missed and complete your Pokedex. It’s fun and flows with the spirit of Pokemon.
Once you’ve completed the Pokedex of your region, you can go to the next region and complete the next Pokedex. That’ll take a lot of time because there is total 5 regions in PokeMMO. To be honest, I don’t consider you a real Pokemon trainer unless you’re completed your Pokedex. Ha ha.
6. Shunt
Shunt is short for shiny hunting. It’s an umbrella term covering all shiny Pokemon catching methods. Such as horde spam, wild shiny catches, egg hatching, fossil breaking, etc. Each and every Pokemon spamming method can be considered shunting. Since shiny Pokemon encounter chances are 1/30.000, you need to spam a lot to get one.
In order to increase your chances of shiny encounter, you can buy donator status and combine it with shiny charms. Using both at the same time increases your shiny encounter chances up to 1/24.000. 6k less encounters to catch a shiny makes huge difference.
7. Berry Farming
Berry farming is one of the most popular money-making ways of PokeMMO. It’s hard though!
You need to mix correct seeds, plant to correct places, water it down before plants go bad, don’t overwater, and collect when they are ready. If you go hard on it, your IRL sleep times will be affected, believe me.
Most experienced players do berry farming to buy high tier Pokemons, shiny Pokemons, cosmetic items, etc. Because berry farming has one of the highest ROE in Pokemmo.
8. Ditto Farming
First of all, you need Pokemmo utility pokemons like Breloom and Smeargle to catch dittos. You don’t have one? Buy from GTL or breed it yourself. Because it’s needed to farm dittos and totally worth the investment.
Once you have access to Hoenn Fallarborn Town (best ditto farming location) and have your utility Pokemons, you are ready to go. An hour or an half ditto farming a day will quickly get you rich in PokeMMO.
