As someone who played Baldur’s Gate 3 a lot, I can easily say that it’ll not get into your head in any harmful way as long as you’re an adult. You’ll not be disturbed. But if you’re below 17, you better wait a little bit more before playing BG3. It’s not going anywhere anyway. Besides, the game will be better in the future with updates, mods, guides, and overall improvements.
