One of the kinkiest buffs in gaming is Loviatar’s love. Only way of having it is getting Loviatar’s blessing. So, how do we get Loviatar’s love and blessing in Baldur’s Gate 3? Does it worth it? What does it do? Answers below.
Loviatar’s blessing in Baldur’s Gate 3 can be acquired by participating BDSM activities with NPC Abdirak. Basically, he beats you with mace… Because Abdirak is the priest of Loviatar, which is the goddess of pain. One must suffer or inflict pain in order to satisfy her.
BALDUR’S GATE 3 GODS – Loviatar’s buddies.
Abdirak can be found in the goblin headquarters Shattered Sanctum. His quest goes like this:
- First interaction, a small discussion about pain. (I will try not to spoil.)
- You tell him you are curious.
- Finally, he tells you what to do in order to gain Loviatar’s blessing. (Don’t forget to take your shirt off.)
Loviatar robe / armor looks really sexy. You might want to wear it. But unfortunately, there is no way of getting in vanilla early access Baldur’s Gate 3. Unless you use mods. Which can be seen in the video below.
Loviatar’s Love Condition BG3
Loviatar’s clothing is really hot don’t you think? I am %100 percent sure that the developers are super horny people.
Loviatar’s Love:
Pain is the path to clarity. When you have 30% Hit Points or less, you gain a +2 bonus to Attack Rolls and Wisdom Saving Throws.
It is a permanent buff. However, in order to activate it, you must have %30 or less hit points. Otherwise, it would be too powerful. Now it is a balanced buff that will lend you a hand in many difficult situations.
Loviatar’s Scourge
Abdiraak wields a mace called Loviatar’s Scourge. It supposed to be a whip, however that is not implement yet. Therefore, it manifests itself as a mace. Next updates might turn it into a nine-tailed scourge. Which is Loviatar’s symbol.
You can kill Abdiraak in order to get it.
Loviatar’s Scourge:
Uncommon Magic Weapon
1d6 Bludgeoning, +1d6 Necrotic (Conditional)
Whilling Whip: Grants resistance to Necrotic damage.
Deal additional 1d6 Necrotic damage to nearby targets, including the wielder. Resistance to Necrotic damage.
Proficiency unlocks: Concussive Smash.
Great one-handed weapon. But I hate killing Abdirak for just one mace. Because he is one of the most interesting characters in Baldur’s Gate 3. Besides, he can be one of the future Baldur’s Gate 3 companions. Let’s hope so.
Necrotic damage looks great though. In the future, I might get it for my Baldur’s Gate 3 necromancer build.
Anyway, that is all information I can gather regarding Loviatar so far. I will update this page if anything new comes up. Because you now, Larian Studios releases new patches / updates regularly. So, let me know what you think in the comment section and I will see you soon. Till later.
