It’s very rare to find a physically disabled main protagonist in video games. Still, I could manage to find and do a ranking of 10 games where you play a disabled character.
Games like that are interesting because to a degree, you get to experience a day in the life of a disabled person.
You’ll control characters with some sort of physical/mobility disability, dismembered limbs, and etc. in the games below.

While it isn’t explicitly stated, >0bserver_ is about a disabled investigator with cybernetic implants that change his perception. Throughout the game you have to consistently take medication, so you don’t “fall out of synch” with your implants. The character can’t run and walks slowly, there is no combat. In the game you have to encounter at least one war vet who’s held together by old cybernetics and has a rough time of it. It’s a wonderful game.
