My character got sick, started hearing random maniacal laughing voices. First, I thought there was someone close by, trying to scare me with microphone. Then I realized it was my character who is laughing and making deranged voices… My character was also shaking, trembling… It was the human meat fellas. If you eat a human meat in DayZ, your character becomes an addict. It’s not sustainable, so, eat human meat in DayZ only if it’s your last resort of surviving.
All in all, cannibalism takes a tool on your mental health in DayZ. Random laughing voices gets your character easily spotted by zombies and enemies. Also, shaking hands makes it really hard to aim your weapons.
Still, it was really fun experience for me! Me and my buddy had a blast in DayZ after consuming our first human meats.

Beware of the Kenshi word because it is unforgiving. You can easily become a food for the cannibals in the first 5 minutes of the game.
