Larian Studios developed their own custom game engine called Divinity. It is currently at version 4.0 and working perfectly. Divinity engine used in the creation of Divinity Original Sin series as well. If you have played BG3 or DOS before, you already know that it is highly optimized user-friendly engine. No bugs, glitches, or optimization issues.
