Jump / disengage is a bonus action in Baldur’s gate 3. According to tooltip, jumping distance depends on your strength modifier. Also, jumping doesn’t trigger opportunity attacks, which is really cool. That makes jump spell the one of the best disengage option in Baldur’s Gate 3.

With these wings you can jump ridiculous distances without breaking a sweat. But you have to pay 500-1000 gold for each wing. Well I guess they worth it. Because they look awesome, you can jump lots of places, and can customize wing colors.

Second jumping mod Jump out of bounds in Baldur’s Gate 3 allows you access three new jump related spells. At this point, you can easily become an Olympic long jump champion.

BG3 Jump to Underdark

One of the easiest and fastest way to access Underdark is jumping to the secret place in the hag’s den. (Overgrown tunnel, place where you chase down auntie Ethel.) After jumping to the secret place, you must wear whispering mask to remove the illusion and unlock the Underdark pathway. You need the masks, otherwise Underdark won’t be accessible to you.

Underdark entrance is really far away and player must be prices. Actually it is possible to jump there without any mods and spells. However, if you want to make your life easier, you can try jumping mods stated above or simply cast native jump spell to increase jumping distance.

Of course you can also cast feather spell to minimize falling damage after that long jump. That would be the smart choice.
