We had it in Divinity Original sin 2 but Baldur’s Gate 3 doesn’t have a respec mirror. Instead, BG3 allow you to respec your class and stats via the undead NPC in your camp. I’m referencing DOS2 because both games are made by Larian Studios. As for the appearance / race respec, it’s not possible in vanilla Baldur’s Gate 3. But you can do anything with mods, including appearance edit.
