Divinity Original Sin 2 is one of the best role playing game of all times. But what makes DOS2 so good? Rich story, good gameplay, excellent level design, and brilliant voice acting of course. That is why I want to reveal amazing voice actors behind the Divinity Original Sin 2 characters. This article is specifically focused on the companions, impactful characters, and narrator in DOS2.
I can’t recall any other game with this level of voice acting. No wonder why Divinity Original Sin 2 had so much impact on the RPG genre and the industry in general. Huge kudos to Larian Studios for takin their work seriously. It is really a masterpiece.
Sebille – Alix Wilton Regan
Our beautiful elf companion Sebille in Divinity Original Sin 2 is voiced by Alix Wilton Regan. She is an elf too, in real life! Look at how beautiful she is…

Beast – Alec Newman
Alec Newman is a famous Scottish actor who enjoys voice acting for games.
He voiced characters in many games. Such as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Dying Light 2, Vampyr, The Surge, Warhammer, and more. But I love him the most for the Paul Atreides role he played in the Dune (2000) tv series. It was really enjoyable to watch and I recommend it to you if you haven’t watched it already.
Lohse – Tamaryn Payne
For me the best voice acting in Divinity Original Sin 2 was Lohse and Malady. I will get to Malady later. Let us discuss Lohse for now.
Tamaryn Payne is the voice actress of Lohse. Talented English actress. She also appeared in my favorite tv show Vikings as the Widow Ordlaf. It was a small role but Tamaryn did very well. In short, I am looking forward to see and hear her in more roles as soon as possible. Because she earned it with her incredible Lohse performance.
Ifan Ben-Mezd – Chris Finney
Chris Finney was born in 1977 in England. He did voice acting in Dying Light 2, Spellforce 3, Battlefield V, and Mass Effect Andromeda.
Also he performed acting in In the Flesh (Horror Genre TV Series IMDB +7.9) which was phenomenal.
All in all, I really enjoyed his manly, exotic, and strong voice acting in DOS2 as infamous lone wolf, Ifan Ben-Mezd.
Fane – Christopher Bonwell
Fane is voiced by the actor Christopher Bonwell. His first big job was Divinity Original Sin 2 and did amazing in it. Then he voiced another character in SpellForce 3 in 2019. I can’t find another one of his jobs to this day, which is interesting. Because I really enjoyed Fane talking.
The Red Prince – Harry Hadden-Paton
Another British actor, his full name is Harry Frederick Gerard Hadden-Paton. Undeniably he pulled of uppity prince voice brilliantly. I couldn’t imagine Red Prince with another voice. He was also in Dragon Age Inquisition.
Malady – Amelia Tyler
She was absolutely the best actress in Divinity Original Sin 2. Due to her stunning performance, Larian Studio cast her again as a narrator for Baldur’s Gate 3. Amelia Tyler voiced countless characters in game and at this point, she is actively working on Baldur’s Gate 3. I can’t wait for full release to hear her narration more.
Surprisingly she did her first voiceover at the age of 5. Eventually big voice agencies noticed her, lucky for us.
Narrator – Brian Bowles
Narration is super important in an isometric RPG. Thankfully Brian Bowles narrated Divinity Original Sin 2 amazingly and elevated the game to the next level.
So, Divinity Original Sin 2 narrator voice actor is Brian Bowles. He is a voice artist with over 3,500 sessions, brilliant!
