1. Better Vampires
First and the best Skyrim SE vampire mod on our list is Better Vampires. It’s a vampire overhaul that is highly customizable. So that players can determine the way they wanted to play. Balancing issue is also solved this way.
By the way this mod only affects the player character who is a vampire. NPC vampire characters are untouched.
The more you fed on humanoids, the stronger you become. Each feeding strengthens you.
So, this overhaul offers completely new and better vampire gameplay. And you should definitely try it.
2. Sacrosanct
Sacrosanct is the second and last vampire / vampire lord overhaul mod on this page. It also reverses the vampire progression. Meaning the more you fed the stronger you became.
Other than that, this mod adds new abilities, powers, perks, hemomancy, system, and gameplay tweaks to the vampire kind.

You didn’t like the vampire overhauls I have mentioned before? Then better use this vampire lord perks rework. Because it is necessary in my opinion since vampire lord transformation is pretty weak.
This mod introduces 22 new perks and 8 new spells to the vampire characters. Believe me, vampires need these additions. Vanilla vampires are weak and dull after all.
4. New Beginnings
I have a question for you. Are you going to start a new character to enjoy vampirism? Or are you looking mods to enhance your vampire character? If you are starting a new run, I can recommend you the Live Another Life mod. Because it allows to start as a vampire in Skyrim.
It is pretty lore friendly start and great for more immersive gameplay experience. You will start as a vampire in a secluded lair with this mod and write your own story.
5. Volkihar Knight Vampire Armor
Let’s continue with an armor mod for vampires. It adds a lore-friendly armor pack specifically made for vampire characters.

10. Serana Dialogue Add-On
As stated in the name, this mod adds new dialogue lines to the follower Serana. She becomes more immersive follower thanks to that. I really like Serana mods when I play as vampire. She is the ideal follower for vampire characters after all.
Nearly 5000 fully voiced dialogue lines are added, acted by voice actress Kerstyn Unger. Her voice is beautiful and sounds comparatively similar to the original Serana voice.
11. Coldhaven – A Vampire City
Rumors of a secret vampire city spreading in the taverns of Skyrim. Since you are a dragonborn, it is your duty to investigate this phenomenon.
Coldhaven mod introduces new location to explore to Skyrim. You can visit Coldhaven as a vampire or a mortal. Looks like they tolerate visitors after all.

Player can’t interact with anything in a vampire lord transformation. Which is pretty frustrating. Whenever PC needs to loot or interact, transformation must be reversed.
You too hate that right? Then use this mod and interact with anything you want in the vampire lord form. Just don’t try to ride a horse in that state. Because it’s cursed and breaks your game.
20. Seductress Faye
