Worst Assassin’s Creed Games

First of all, Assassin’s Creed is my favorite video game franchise. I’ve played each and every Assassin’s Creed game there is. Huge fan. Majority of AC games are absolutely amazing. However, there are some bad apples… So, let’s talk about those 7 worst Assassin’s Creed games. If I were you, I would avoid them like a plague!

BEST ASSASSIN’S CREED GAMES

My favorite AC games are Ezio’s trilogy, Black Flag, Origins, and of course the old AC1. Altair’s story is the real deal. Because of that, I’m fairly optimistic about the Assassin’s Creed Mirage. They’ve claimed to be returning to the roots with that one.

Now that you know my favorite AC games, we can get to the AC games that I and many other players don’t like. For solid reasons too.

Worst AC games:

1. Assassin’s Creed Mobile Games

To be honest, each and every Assassin’s Creed mobile games are shitty. What I expect from an Assassin’s Creed game is huge open world with bunch of things to do in it. Unfortunately, mobile games don’t offer anything similar at all.

4. Unity

AC Unity bad? Maybe this game isn’t for me and i just completely suck, but i don’t see how this game is supposed to be one of the best assassin’s creed games. Sorry for my rant : assassinscreed (reddit.com)

It was a huge down-grade after Assassin’s Creed Black Flag.

It was super buggy at the release, and some bugs are still not fixed .

5. Assassin’s Creed 3

6. Odyssey

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has great setting, memorable characters and beautiful design, I think we can all agree on that. However, the map is HUGE and there isn’t much to do in it.  World isn’t dynamic, non-interactive, and quests are repetitive. That’s why Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is a disappointment. Especially after the Assassin’s Creed Origins which is an amazing game to play, even to this day.

Had its world been smaller, I would rank Odyssey one of the best Assassin’s Creed games ever… Someone should tell Ubisoft this: Quality > Quantity.

Unnecessary grinding.

I don’t understand the praise AC:Odyssey (probably can be said about Valhalla as well) gets for gameplay. It’s low effort RPG full of grinding, repetetive exploring.. Shadow of War was boring and brought almost nothing new.. but this is wasted potential. : assassinscreed (reddit.com)
